1.1.2. When submitting an inquiry regarding solutions, services, or consultations distributed by UAB “InnoForce.”

1.1.3. After visiting the UAB “InnoForce” website. Certain information (such as IP address, device used, browser, number of visits, pages viewed, time spent on the website, and websites visited before accessing ours) is collected automatically via Google Analytics. This statistical data helps us understand visitor flows and analyze information.

1.1.4. When your personal data is obtained from other persons as prescribed by law and/or this Privacy Policy.

2.1. UAB “InnoForce” processes your personal data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. For the provision of services. UAB “InnoForce” processes personal data to provide quality services to clients: SAP application implementation/adaptation, application development/SAP HANA/JAVA, maintenance of information systems, SAP license sales, SailPoint license sales and solution implementation, DELL EMC equipment sales and installation, and consulting services.

We process your personal data obtained from you (e.g., data submitted in your inquiry or collected during communication), collected via our website, and/or received from other sources (such as social networks or media).

For this purpose, UAB “InnoForce” may provide your data to its partners with whom we collaborate in delivering the aforementioned services. Partners are also controllers of your personal data. UAB “InnoForce” does not transfer more data than what is required under this Policy. Contracts with partners oblige both parties to protect your data.

We retain your data for 2 years from the date of your consent (e.g., for inquiries, CVs, etc.) or 2 years from the end of contractual obligations.

2.1.2. For technology development. UAB “InnoForce” processes data to develop SAP, Dell EMC, and SailPoint technologies, and to understand and assess your needs and expectations.

The same types of data are processed, shared, and stored as for service provision.

2.1.3. For candidate database administration. After a specific recruitment process ends, we retain your data to be able to offer you future job or career opportunities, match candidates to client needs, and present candidates as requested.

2.1.4. To administer employee work activity. To the extent required or allowed by law, we process our employees’ personal data according to UAB “InnoForce” data retention policies.

2.1.5. To improve the website and offer better and more tailored services. Your personal data, including data collected from your use of our website, is used to improve and develop the site and to provide better services. For this purpose, we retain data for 2 years.

7.1.7. Request suspension (except for storage) of processing if there is a dispute or a need to verify the lawfulness or accuracy of processing, or when you want the data retained but not destroyed;

7.1.8. Request to receive, if technically possible, the data you provided by consent or contract in a readable format, or ask for it to be transferred to another controller.

7.2. UAB “InnoForce” will strive to enable your rights as a data subject and provide the means for their effective exercise, but reserves the right to refuse requests if necessary to:

7.2.1. Fulfill UAB “InnoForce’s” legal obligations;

7.2.2. Ensure national security or defense;

7.2.3. Ensure public order or the prevention, investigation, detection, or prosecution of criminal offenses;

7.2.4. Protect important economic or financial interests of the state;

7.2.5. Prevent, investigate, or detect professional or ethical misconduct;

7.3. You can submit requests regarding your rights in person, by mail, or via electronic communication. Upon receiving your request, we may ask for identity verification or additional information related to your request.

7.4. UAB “InnoForce” will respond no later than 30 calendar days from receiving your request and all necessary documents.

7.5. If necessary, processing of your data (except storage) will be suspended until your request is resolved. If you legally withdraw your consent, we will terminate processing immediately or no later than 30 calendar days, except where continued processing is required by law or valid obligations, court decisions, or mandatory instructions.
